Perfect way to exploit iPad 3G!

February 25, 2010 by sanjay

One of the issues with laying down some $$$ cash for the iPad with built-in 3G is the fact that AT&T’s 3G service is pretty spotty in suburbia. While it is true that most people will use the built in wi-fi, a host of phone related and gps functional apps will only be fun if you are using the 3G network.

Apple has slowly been unveiling a femtocell based micro-3G tower that you can install in your home. Initially targeting iPhone users, I believe its true value will be realized when we have a world full of iPad users! It costs $150, but unlimited calling customers are getting a $100 rebate. The 3G Microcell needs to be plugged into the internet for set-up and authorization, but it can be placed anywhere close to a powersource. AT&T recommends insalling it close to a window so that you can get GPS access and who knows- maybe use your iPhone or iPad in the pool!

Check your zip code for availability and learn more at the link below:

Why any one will crack | aka jail broke i pad when it's not a cellular device and you can connect it to any wifi network regarding 3g. Only registered 3g network will provide best and reliable support so be ware and do research before giving it a shot.

This is just like UMA that Tmobile has.. You just need a Wifi Router what most people have but you also need a phone that supports UMA.. Thats where the catch is..
